Is the facility open during rain?

We’re open during scattered rain showers. However, in the event of heavy rain or lightning, we will close for safety concerns.

Do you serve food?

No, we don’t serve food directly. We partner with various food trucks that offer a variety of delicious options. Please check our website or social media for the latest food truck schedule.

Can I bring outside food?

Yes, you’re welcome to bring outside food. Please be sure to dispose of any trash properly.

Can I bring a cake for my party?

Absolutely! We can store your cake inside our facility for you until you’re ready to celebrate.

Is the course 18 holes?

Yes, it’s a full 18-hole mini golf course.

What's the latest we can arrive in order to play?

To ensure you have enough time to play, we recommend arriving at least an hour before closing time. On Fridays and Saturdays, you should aim to arrive by 10:30 PM for mini golf and 10:00 PM for axe throwing. Sun-Thurs, aim for 9:30 PM for mini golf and 9:00 PM for axe throwing.

How long does a round of mini golf typically take?

A game of mini golf usually takes about 45 minutes to complete, but the time can fluctuate depending on skill level and the number of people playing.

Is the facility outdoors?

Yes, we’re an outdoor facility. We have umbrellas, misters, and heating lamps to keep you comfortable year-round.

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed on the premises.

Do you offer activities besides mini golf?

Yes, we offer axe throwing and cornhole toss. Cornhole is free to play.

Is the facility wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our facility is wheelchair accessible, including our restrooms.

Can we rent the entire facility?

Yes, we offer full facility private rentals. Please contact us for details.

Do you sell alcohol?

Yes, we sell beer and wine and other refreshing cold beverages.

Terms & Conditions

General

Booking: Parties must be booked in advance with a non-refundable 50% deposit required upon confirmation. Final payment will be due on the day of the event.

Duration: Parties have a designated time frame, with additional time available upon request and subject to availability.

Guest supervision: Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the property.

Admission and Fees:

Tickets: The party host will receive pre-paid guest admission tickets to be distributed at their discretion. Lost tickets can be replaced at the ticket window with proof of purchase. Cleaning fee: A $100 cleaning fee will be charged if excessive trash or decorations are left behind.

Food and Beverage:

Outside food: Permitted when food trucks are not present. Please dispose of all food waste responsibly. Prior approval and arrangements are required for outside catering. Food Trucks: Please contact info@swingatlanta.com if you wish to have a specific food truck at your event.

Party Atmosphere:

Decorations: Permitted in designated areas. Please use confetti-free options.
Games and activities: Additional games or activities beyond mini golf can be arranged with prior approval.

5. Photo Release

I grant Swing & Fling the non-exclusive, irrevocable right to use any photographs or videos taken of me during the event. These materials may be used for lawful purposes, including marketing and promotional content, without compensation.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive a credit for an alternate date. Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations within 48 hours.
Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability, with notice and potential adjustment fees.

Additional Guidelines:

Upon arrival, please review and distribute the complete party rules provided by Swing Mini Golf to all guests.

Respectful behavior and adherence to Swing’s policies are expected from all party attendees.
Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate parties for inappropriate behavior or violation of terms and conditions.

Party and Event Waiver

We’re thrilled you’ve chosen us for your party or event! To ensure everyone has a fun, safe, and memorable experience, we kindly ask that you review the following waiver carefully before participating in any activities.

1. Assumption of Risk

By participating, I acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with playing miniature golf and axe throwing, including but not limited to:

  • Slipping, tripping, or falling on uneven surfaces
  • Collisions with other players or equipment
  • Injuries from falling clubs, balls, or axes
  • Exposure to the elements (sun, rain, etc.)

I understand that I am voluntarily participating in these activities and accept all associated risks.

2. Health and Fitness

I confirm that I am in good physical health and condition, capable of safely participating in all planned party/event activities.

3. Personal Responsibility

I agree to:

  • Conduct myself responsibly at all times
  • Follow course rules and instructions from staff
  • Respect other players and staff
  • Avoid any actions that could endanger myself or others
4. Illegal Drugs

I will not consume or be under the influence of any illegal drugs before or during the party/event.

5. Photo Release

5. Indemnification

I agree to hold harmless and indemnify Swing & Fling, its owners, operators, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise from my participation in the party/event.

7. Medical Release

In the event of an injury or illness, I authorize Swing & Fling to seek medical attention on my behalf if necessary. I understand that I will be responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result.

8. Release of Liability

By checking the box below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted this waiver. I release Swing & Fling from any and all liability relating to my participation in the party/event.
